As 2008 unfolds, look for more product information in an expanded multi-page area that also includes reviews, tips, links, new products, and Jill's store percussion blog, Just Jill. Click on the drums headline, or access the department directly from the home page department headings on the left menu.
We are now a dealer for Notion Music. Notion is a notation and performance software application that features intuitive use and killer sounds. Check our Notion page for more info!

January 2008: NAMM report, and a full calendar update of all the coming events through 2008. Clinics, concerts, workshops and recitals are all plugged in.

An outgrowth of our recital programs is our new Acoustic Coffeehouse, a showcase for the songwriting (on acoustic instruments, especially guitar) skills of both our students and members of the community. Our next Coffeehouse will be Sunday Evening, September 21. Check out previous Coffeehouse video segments on our YouTube channel (skylinemusicvideo)
It's a little more organized than an open-mike night, but less formal than a recital or concert: interested players can sign up to perform ahead of time, or that night as the doors open. SInce this is a little different than some other venues out there, we've put together an FAQ sheet. You can download it though the link below, and if you're interested in presenting some of your material, mark the date and give us a call!

Dan & Jill had a great time, and visited with all sorts of celebrities, including industry legends Cookie Monster, Elmo, and (at Left) NAMM CEO Joe Lamond.
