Acoustic Guitars
We carry Alvarez, Alvarez Yairi, and Takamine as our main acoustic lines, with a few models from Aria (mainly Spanish Classicals) and Jasmine to fill out the selection. While we do not carry every model in each catalog, the entire line of each brand is available by special order. Check for availability on specific models. (Some photos of current stock are below--but things come in --and sell--faster than we can post them, so call for more info.)

Other Fretted Instruments
We also carry basic and intermediate mandolins and banjos from Aria and Austin. We feature a selection of ukuleles in soprano and concert bodies, plus an occasional tenor or baritone model. Often (but not always) you can find a basic resonator (dobro-style) model guitar.

Takamine has introduced the first in a new series of environmentally friendly guitars. The Academy instruments are made in Romania from managed resource European hardwoods, using glues and finishes that are more environmentally responsible than others currently in use. Careful resource management also makes this instrument affordable: even with a solid spruce top, It's available for under $200! What sold us on this instrument, though, was the sound: that solid top makes all the difference!
