Skyline Music has been serving the needs of beginning, recreational, and professional musicians in the Cleveland area since 1987. We occupy about 3000 square feet of space in the Dover Village Shopping Center in Westlake, OH. Into it we’ve squeezed eight lesson studios that house over 400 students each week, over 10,000 printed music titles, repair facilities, and of course, a lot of instruments and accessories.
Check our Brand Listings, though: we're not a dealer for every company!
At our core, we're still a neighborhood store, so we cordially invite you to visit us or attend one of our events or concerts. See the Events area for the schedule!

*** When some instruments are donated, including vintage horns and others not directly useable in schools, (guitars, drumsets, etc.) the Foundation has asked us to either list these instruments on ebay (proceeds go directly to the Foundation), or sell them locally with payment made out to MHOF. Either way, the benefit of your donation goes to the kids who need instruments.

Play On is a Skyline Music organization. It collects used instruments
for the benefit of
The Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation.
The Foundation places the instruments with kids and schools in need all over America. Play On takes the donated instruments, refurbishes them, and they are sent directly to the kids as specified by the Foundation.***
Click the MHOF logo at left for more of their wonderful work, or visit the Play On site by clicking its logo.
Our message to you is, "if you have an instrument, play it! But...
If you can't use an instrument, there's a kid who can."
In 2011, Play On will reach instrument donations--used instrument value ALONE--of over
$50,000
Scour your closets, tell your friends, and help us get more kids playing!
