It's important to note that this year there are VERY few horns retiring--many sold or stayed in rentals as school ended. We know there will be some clarinets; we know there will be no flutes, saxophones, or trombones from our rental pool.
Of course, we could see any number of consgned horns from our local customers--several have already been consigned--but those are unpredictable as far as price, condition, and age go. They don't come with a warranty, either, so hit us early if you want one of ours!

Thinking about one of those $169 instruments for your beginning band student? They're the same ones we rent for the school programs, and they are in good playing condition with six months' service. The advice we usually give?
It costs about $150
for a school-year rental.
if you're confident your child will stay with the instrument for
a school year,
it's about the same--but you have an instrument to resell if they stop--or an even better deal if they don't!

Whether you're looking for a marching band "cannon fodder" horn or want an inexpensive
--but playable and reliable--startup for you or
your child, these are the horns to snatch up.
If you want one, though, get to the store
at opening FRIDAY. While some instruments
may last through the sale, y'all know the pick
of the litter goes out first!
ALL OUR "Rental Retiree" horns started as new with us and come with 6 months service and adjustments.
Try getting that at your neighbor's sale!

* Some other "specialty" horns
(alto sax, etc.) may be available at $269-$369
